This Privacy Policy explains how Rillich GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use Panda Card Match: Pairs (the “App”).
1) Summary
- The App is designed to be used offline.
- We do not collect personal information for gameplay.
- If you choose to make a purchase to unlock additional levels, purchase processing is handled by Google Play and our service provider RevenueCat (for managing purchases/entitlements).
2) Information We Collect
A) Gameplay (offline use)
We do not collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or messages for basic gameplay.
B) In-app purchases (optional; unlock more levels)
If you decide to buy an in-app product, the App will process the purchase through Google Play Billing and may use RevenueCat to validate purchases and unlock entitlements across reinstalls/devices. RevenueCat’s SDK can sync purchase receipts to RevenueCat’s backend for this purpose.
In connection with purchases, the following data may be processed:
- Purchase history / transaction information (e.g., what was purchased, confirmation that a purchase occurred)
- App user identifier used to associate entitlements (may be an anonymous ID generated by the SDK or a custom app user ID if you implement one)
- Receipt / purchase token used to validate and restore purchases
Important: We do not use purchases to profile users or serve ads.
C) Device identifiers / advertising ID
We do not collect the Google Advertising ID for advertising.
RevenueCat can collect device identifiers in certain configurations (for example, if you explicitly enable device identifier collection or specific attribution integrations). We do not enable advertising/attribution identifier collection unless we update this policy and our Play “Data safety” disclosures.
D) Analytics / ads
- No ads.
- No analytics SDKs (unless you add them later and update this policy).
3) How We Use Information
We use purchase-related information only to:
- process and validate purchases,
- unlock purchased content (levels),
- restore purchases after reinstall or on another device (where supported).
4) Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers: When purchases are enabled, we share the minimum necessary purchase-related data with:
- Google Play (to complete the transaction),
- RevenueCat (to manage purchase validation and entitlements).
5) Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for gameplay.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (for example via email), contact us at info@rillich.com and we will work to delete it.
6) Data Retention
- We do not retain gameplay personal data because we do not collect it.
- Purchase records are retained as needed to provide purchase restoration and entitlement management, in line with Google Play/RevenueCat requirements.
7) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. Because gameplay runs offline and we do not collect personal data for gameplay, privacy risks are minimized.
8) Your Choices & Deletion
- You can delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s storage in Android settings.

9) International Users
RevenueCat may process data as a service provider (“processor”) for developers under GDPR.
10) Changes to This Policy
If we add analytics, ads, attribution, or additional data processing, we will update this policy and the Google Play “Data safety” section accordingly.
