These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile game Panda Card Match: Pairs (the “App”) provided by Rillich GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App you agree to these terms.
1) Gameplay
- The App is designed as an offline memory game for children and families.
- Some content may be available for free while additional worlds can be unlocked through an optional purchase.
2) In-App Purchase
The App offers a one-time purchase that unlocks additional worlds and game content.
- This purchase is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- The purchase is non-consumable and unlocks content permanently.
- The price is displayed in the store before completing the purchase.
3) Payments and Refunds
- Payments are handled directly by Apple or Google.
- Refund policies are managed by the respective platform (App Store or Google Play).
- We do not process payments directly.
4) Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or change devices, you may restore your previous purchase using the Restore Purchases feature supported by the platform store.
5) Children's Use
The App is designed for children and families. Purchases are intended to be made by parents or guardians. The App may include a simple parent gate to help prevent accidental purchases by children.
6) Availability
We strive to keep the App available and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with all devices and operating systems.
7) Changes to the App
We may update or improve the App from time to time, including adding new worlds or adjusting game features.
8) Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
